Leadership Charge

NIV – 1^st Peter 4:10,11

Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms… If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory, and the power forever. Amen

NIV – 1^st Peter 5:2,3

Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, serving as overseers, not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not greedy for money, but eager to serve, not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock.
